Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be confident in every racket you buy from PADEL DEAL. If something is not right, here is exactly how we handle returns.
Return Window
Standard Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return on any padel racket or gear purchased from PADEL DEAL.
Eligibility Conditions
Unused & Unopened
The racket must not have been used to hit any balls. We cannot accept returns on rackets that show court wear, ball marks, or grip damage from play.
Original Packaging
All original tags must be attached, and handle protective plastics must remain intact. The racket must be returned in its original head cover or box.
Accessories
Any included covers, overgrips, vibration dampeners, or accessories must be returned alongside the racket.
Shipping Costs
Change of Mind
If you are returning the racket because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong weight, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Defective or Incorrect Item
If the racket arrived damaged or you were sent the wrong item, PADEL DEAL will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
Defective / Warranty Returns
Manufacturer Warranty
If a manufacturing defect occurs (e.g., carbon cracking during normal play), we will process a warranty claim directly with the brand. Most brands offer a 6-month manufacturer warranty on padel rackets.
Refund Processing
Timeline
Refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Fawry) within 3 to 14 business days after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned racket.
